This Cookie Policy explains how NourishWorth (“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies, local storage, and session storage when you use the NourishWorth platform at https://nourishworth.com.
This policy describes only the storage mechanisms that are actually used by the platform. We do not claim to use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or third-party analytics cookies unless they are present and described below.
This policy should receive qualified professional legal review before NourishWorth relies on it as a final legal document.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to site operators.
In addition to cookies, NourishWorth uses browser local storage and session storage — similar technologies that store data in your browser rather than as a cookie file. These serve the same functional purposes as cookies but are not transmitted with every HTTP request.
2. Categories of Storage We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary — Authentication

2.2 Functional — Preferences
FunctionalThese store your in-app preferences so they persist between sessions. They are not used for tracking or advertising.

2.3 Analytics
Not currently activeNourishWorth has configuration for Google Analytics (NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID) but this is not currently active in production. If analytics cookies are activated in future, this policy will be updated before activation to describe the specific cookies used, their purpose, and how to opt out.
2.4 Advertising & Marketing
Not usedNourishWorth does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party marketing trackers. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
3. Third-Party Integrations
NourishWorth uses the following third-party services that may set their own cookies or use similar technologies:
- Supabase — authentication and database provider. Sets session cookies required for sign-in. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in method. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not control the cookies set by third-party services. Please review their respective privacy and cookie policies for full details.
4. Managing and Deleting Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View cookies and local storage data stored by websites
- Delete individual cookies or all cookies from a specific site
- Block cookies from specific sites or all sites
- Set preferences for how cookies are handled
Please note that deleting or blocking authentication cookies will sign you out ofNourishWorth and you will need to sign in again. Deleting preference storage will reset your market and currency settings.
